The number of people over 70 who were reported to have tested positive for COVID-19. This is updated every two weeks and is compared to the day before.
Vulnerable groups and people aged 70 and older are more likely to become very ill if they are infected with the corona virus. Here we show the infections and hospital admissions of people over 70 and report the infections at locations of nursing homes.

This figure is an estimate of the number of nursing homes where in the past 28 days at least one (new) COVID-19 infection (confirmed by a positive test) is reported. The percentage shows what proportion of the total number of nursing homes in the Netherlands this is.
Number of new locations where there is at least one confirmed case. A nursing home is counted as a 'new location; when there have not been any confirmed cases for at least 28 days, which is twice the incubation period.
This map shows an estimate of the number of locations where at least one (new) corona infection based on a positive test has been reported in the past 28 days.
This graph shows the percentage of nursing homes where in the past 28 days at least 1 (new) corona infection (confirmed by a positive test) is reported.
