Measures in Gelderland-Zuid

The number of infections must decrease, which is why the cabinet announced stricter measures on 26 November 2021.

Current measures

Keep 1.5 meters away from others.
Receive a maximum of 4 people per day at home. Visit a maximum of 1 time per day. Do a self-test beforehand. Children up to 12 years old are excluded.
Work from home. If that is not possible? Always keep 1,5 meters distance at work.
70-plus: limit contact with children up to 12 years old.
Travel advice: stay home as much as possible.
Catering industry
Closed at 5pm.
Fixed seat required.
Face mask required when moving around.
Take-out and delivery is possible after 5 p.m.
For groups 6, 7, 8 in primary school and secondary education: self-tests twice a week as soon as possible. Wear a face mask in the hallway.
Children up to 12 years old stay at home in case they show signs of a cold.
Events, art and culture, zoos and amusement parks
Closed at 5pm.
Fixed seat required. Transfer events and -locations are excluded.
Shops and groceries
Non-essential shops and services close at 5 p.m.
Essential shops, such as super markets, close at 20:00.
All locations close at 5 p.m.
No audience at sport events.

Face mask required:
- All public indoor spaces
- Public transportation and stations
- When moving around in places where a corona entry pass is required
- All education (except groups 1-5)
- Airports and airplanes
Stick to the basic rules:
Wash: wash your hands often. Cough and sneeze into your elbow.
Distance: keep 1.5 meters distance. Don't shake hands.
Air: make sure to have enough fresh air.
Test: COVID-19 symptoms? Stay at home and get tested immediately, even if you have been vaccinated.
